Management fees and agency retainers are billed at the beginning of each cycle for services to be rendered. These fees are strictly non-refundable. They compensate for the technical architecture strategy, human analyst time, and structural labor deployed on the account regardless of third-party platform algorithm performance.
Zelvori Marketing LLC strongly advises that clients pay media networks (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) directly via their own payment methods attached to the Ad Accounts. For instances where Zelvori manages spend clearinghouse, unused media spend remaining in the account at the time of written cancellation will be refunded to the client minus applicable processing/transfer fees. Spent media budget is inherently non-refundable by the networks.
Standard cancellation policies require a 30-day written notice to support@zelvorimarketing.com or your assigned account director. This allows us to properly pause campaigns, export data assets, and hand over architectural frameworks to your internal teams. Any scheduled billing within that 30-day window will be processed normally.
